2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, required materials, approvals and access necessary to complete a project. Delays caused by missing information, approvals or access may affect the agreed timeline.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials supplied by them do not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.

3. Fees & Payments

Project fees, payment schedules and applicable taxes will be communicated before commencement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may begin after the agreed advance payment is received. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

4. Revisions & Changes

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the project agreement or proposal. Major changes to an approved concept, additional requirements or changes in scope may be charged separately.

5. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines depend on timely client communication, approvals and availability of required materials. Nexpolis is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

6. Advertising & Marketing Results

Nexpolis uses professional strategies and reasonable efforts to improve marketing performance. However, we do not guarantee specific sales, leads, rankings, revenue, engagement or return on advertising spend, as results may depend on factors beyond our control.

Advertising budgets, platform charges and third-party fees are separate unless expressly included in the agreed proposal.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for final approved deliverables will be transferred or licensed according to the applicable project agreement and payment status.

Unless otherwise agreed, Nexpolis may retain rights to internal processes, templates, concepts not selected by the client, and reusable tools or resources.

Nexpolis may display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, analytics tools, plugins or other services. Nexpolis is not responsible for changes, outages, account restrictions, policy decisions or technical issues caused by such third parties.

9. Website Content

Information published on the Nexpolis website is provided for general informational purposes. We may update, modify or remove website content, services or pricing at any time.

10. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement according to the terms agreed in the relevant proposal or service agreement.

Fees for work already completed or expenses already incurred may remain payable. Any refund, where applicable, will be determined according to the agreed project terms and applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexpolis will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, services or third-party platforms.
